The MTG-B2000XD has its distinctive weave of carbon fibers across the top bezel and a newly developed green-and-black laminated pattern along the sides. Featuring a monocoque case of carbon-reinforced resin framed in metal, the metal frame connects with a multi layered bezel which is forged from laminated sheets of carbon- and glass-fiber that are heat-pressed to form a base plate and then cut to form.
